Terrible Customer Service, Expensive Menu, Cheaply made Food. I had heard that Don's was an amazing burger joint. I do not agree. My chocolate shake which costs $3.00 was nothing but ice cream and hershey's syrup. You have to pay for each item individually on your burger. A dallop of mayo was $.10. The fries were bland and overcooked. When I asked for a glass of water, I was brought a glass about 4-6 oz. The tiniest glass I had ever seen in a restaurant! Our bill (for two people at lunch) was $27.00!! The burger was dry and not very tasty. The bast part was the bacon that I paid (I think) $.50 for. The waiter brought us the bill when he brought me the water and didn't check on us again. I will never go back there.…

Great Milkshakes. The food came out promptly and was very good. Service was a little lax but the manager took care of us when he noticed we needed attention and the waiter was nowhere around. My son is quite the milkshake critic and gave a heart two thumbs up to the strawberry milkshake made with real strawberries. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick fun bite to eat.…

Great Dinner. Although I don't think this place is like the one in Traverse City, it is terrific on it's own. It's small, but never too crowded. The food is always good. There's lots of good milk shakes and burgers. They have jukebox and lots oldies records and memorabilia on the walls.…

Don's. I work at Don's in Novi, so I know what goes on. It is a nice clean place and we take good value into the food that is presented. We recieve our meat fresh daily and the chili is a secret recipie that is also prepared at the restaurant.…
