McDonalds. I was wondering if the managers went to school to be managers there because none of them have any what so ever any people skills when taking orders or answering a customer problem. I have been going here for a long time and my customer service is so bad when the managers are taking the order they are not nice its like can I take your order when they should be saying good morning or something nice of that matter etc. The tone of there voices are rude in person and over the mic.
