Way Over Priced!. I bought my son a hamster for his first pet and it came with a "free visit" to Vet Select. So we took the hamster to be "good owners". Free visit cost over $150.00. They said it was sick and needed blood work and eye drops. I had to pay extra because a hamster is an "exotic" pet. Few month later it developed a turmor on it's stomach. Took it in because my son was so upset. They ran over $400.00 in tests. Pressured me in front of my distraught son to run even more. Hello, it's a hamster. they only live 1 to 2 years. Agreed to an additional $200.00 in tests and medicine to make my son fel better and the Hamster died 2 days later. I DO NOT recommend any Vet Select. The one in Commerce Township is just as bad with the pressure, costs. They want you to bring your dog in 2 times a year and neglect to tell you that the vaccinations come in an annual does and they admister a bi annual…
