Fountain Park Novi

Have to go to court. Hi I am writing this because fountain park apartments water there lawn with well water that they do not keep up on with chemicals . They haved sprayed the fence by where I have to park with chemicals that is white plastic Three times in 5 weeks to try to hide the stains . A sprinkler head was broken for a while did not know my car started to turn yellow and now is so bad that it has to be painted the office just told me to turn it in to my insurance co thats why you have it but after I complained they or the boss his name is STEVEN D said give me a estimate maybe we will take care of it well I did, it's between1500 and 5,000 dollars they have to try to wet sand it first if that works it will only be 1500 if not you have to paint the whole car.And it will take one maybe two weeks, to paint it will take up to three weeks.

By the way 3 months before it got ruined I had the front end painted and fixed I spent just under 4,000 dollars,so anyway I just want people to know what I am going through and how long this has been a issue one last thing management sent there maint guys out to try to remove the rust off my car I have them on video scrubing my car with eraser pads and other rags that they gave up because they could not get my car clean and in the end they took the clear coat off my door.They have signs up saying how great it is to live here and this place is voted best by novi,northville milford and south lyon and all awards Blah Blah Blah ! I will contact the newspapers and ask how they vote on this and show them everything and how they want me to soak up the dammage plus pay 800 plus in rent a month I can not afford it we will see what the court of public oppinon says it's all on paper and video...and STEVEN D I had a appointment with this guy he was in the apartment complex that day but did not bother to show up for the appointment I waited all day no calls no emails he did not care STEVEN D says in his replys to reviews if you read reviews on differn't sites that people don't leave names so it's other complexes making up lies well what do you have to say about this it's all on tape, paper and emails again Thanks for the ruining my car I will go and file a case in court and I will let everyone reading this know what happens win or not..
