Worst service I've ever had! Waited 10 minutes for straws and the waiter didn't know what he was doing! Would not recommend eating here.

OK. My duaghter likes their burgers better than any place else, but the menu is really rather limited unless you want to eat at their food bar. Generally I liked Big Boy better when I was a teenager.
