Taco Loco Mexican Restaurant

my kids make more authentic meals than this place. I can't believe anyone actually likes this place. It's absolutely the furthest from authentic.The first time I went there I had a soggy taco, obviously canned refried beans and the rice is so dry and unappetizing that I was positive it was instant rice. Fortunately I did not pay for the meal since it left me before I left. I was coerced into going a second time and was not impressed with my burrito with not enough meat and cheese and too many beans. That dinner left me as soon as I got home. Unfortunately I had the misfortune of being talked into giving it another try. I ordered shrimp stuffed chile rellenos. What I received were two poblanos stuffed with frozen cocktail shrimp that was obviously not rinsed or cleaned. Between the saltiness of the shrimp and the sauce on top, this meal was unedible. It was sent back and I chose not to order anything else. This time I am also positive the rice is instant. Three strikes, you're out. Don't waste your time with this sub-authentic, overrated and cold restaurant.…

Authentic and inexpensive!. Taco Loco is the best authentic mexican restaurant in the Detroit suburban area. They have a good variety and awesome margharita's and sangria. The service is good and relatively quick. I have never had a bad meal here and I go here quite often. Go here for a taste of homemade mexican food!…

best margaritas and mexican food. This place is the best! It's not overpriced. Portions are not skimpy. In fact, they're huge! The food is delicious. It's not filled with unhealthy fats and so it leaves you satisfied in a healthy way. The fresh dipped flour tacos are fantastic. The atmosphere is authentic. Most of all, the margaritas are AWESOME!!!!! Just watch out, one of them could floor you. Not really, but they're super strong. Service is usually just ok. But the food is worth whatever service comes with it. Try it out, you won't regret it.…
