Worst Corn Beef Ever. The service is horrible there is this black female who works there and has dirty looking dreads locks has the worst attitude very hurtful to the eye to look at, the bread was extremly hard and the sandwich itself was cold and the beef was like eating a card board box very dry. Never again will I eat at another bread basket deli second time i got ripped out of my money first time was at the location in livonia I've learned my lesson!…
Finger Food !!!!!!! Never Again !!!!!!. I took my daughter to eat there 10/13/10 , and we order'd grilled rubens,, i was watching the cook behind the line ,("we sat right accross from the serving window"). and he takes one of the rubens out of the microwave and sticks his finger in the sandwich to check the temp????? i guess they are not using fresh cornbeef anymore??? how gross to put your finger in a customer food... then as its being served to us; he's staring at us to see if we will eat it, or he was trying to get away with something .. so i asked the sandwich maker "what are you looking at!!! " he Immediately got defensive when relizing he had been caught!!!! a common reaction of an employee that just dont care about his job.. And so many would love to have is job, and still do it with pride !!!! come on Bread Basket Deli..lets not cut quality in your food or personal... fix it !!!!!…
Vastly over rated!. Disgusting pastrami! 85% fat, very little meat! This place has NOTHING on Zingermans! The best part was their bread, and even it couldn't hold a candle to old faithful in Kerrytown!
Disappointed. I had a taste for the Corn Beef Sandwich, I use to get from the Bread Basket. I ordered the United. I asked for the Lean cut, but what I got was a lot of fat. I was so disapointed with the sandwich, I threw the rest of it away. This can not be the same family that use to run this restaurant. I believe this place is under new management.…
