Pronto

Just don't. Haven't dined in, only shopped at the bakery. I did this twice. Both times the lady who rang me up was insanely and obliviously rude. Poor attitude and no concern for the guests reaction. My second visit was a year apart from the first and I recognized her and her curt mannerisms immediatley. The second time I visited I purchased only two cookies. She shoved them in the bag so violently that when i arrived home I found they were crumbled to pieces. Did I mention that when she took the cookies from the jar she set them on the dirty counter? Don't waste your time or money.…

I wouldn't eat here again if it was free.... food is LOUSY service is WORSE and the bartender with the long hair and ridiculous eyebrows on the bar side is just about the RUDEST service worker I've ever encountered ANYWHERE! I had to give it one star because the system won't let you give it zero…

good food...cute waiters...fun bartenders. Over all I would have to say that the sandwiches at Pronto are great but some of the other fare is mediocre to good. Service is usually good but it can be a little on the slower side when it gets busy at lunch/dinner...but the wait staff usually makes up for the lack of speed with their friendliness(and cuteness). Over on the bar side, the bartenders are friendly, entertaining and usually nice to look at...Steve is particularly entertaining during lunch and happy hour. I would recommend Pronto the Rest/Bar if you're in the area…
