Awesome!. We have been to Poncho's numerous times - busy and slow - never have had bad service. There really are some awesome servers here! Our food always a special order was delivered promptly and has always been delicious. Some portions so large - enough for lunch the next day! not good. This may have been the worst Mexican restaurant I have been to. The atmosphere was friendly. Seemed like everyone knew each other, but I wanted good food. The salsa, not homemade, was watered down with what I think was tomato sauce. Not good! I don't think the chips were fresh either. Steak tips were over cooked, and over seasoned. Everything else was under seasoned. The rice was not normal. I'm not sure if that was what they were going for or not. Owner seemed real nice but maybe her should bring some Mexicans in to cook for him.…
Everything that I have tried on the menu is superb!!. A fantastic place to enjoy Mexican food. It has a cozy, homey, casual atmosphere. The waitresses and everyone that you come in contact with, in the resturant, are very friendly, very nice, and very accommodating to your special requests. Every item on the menu that we have ordered has been excellent. We have been going to Poncho and Cisco's since it opened and it has maintained all of the superior qualities of a great dining experience. We now live in Arizona, but never miss a visit to Poncho and Cisco's when we visit Michigan. We have not found a Mexican resturant in Arizona that we like as well. Great Burrittos. This place is great. Very friendly atmosphere. You never know who you might run into on any given night. The food is good too!. Their burrittos are the best.
