Fishbone's Rhythm Kitchen Cafe

Not so good ribs. Stopped in to Fishbone's last Monday with an old friend for a bite to eat and a drink. Drinks were excellent; crab cakes were also excellent and so was the soup of the day. Our mistake was to order further. I ordered the fish and my friend the ribs...well, both were completely tasteless. The ribs tasted as if someone had boiled them and then covered them with sauce. There was absolutely no taste to the meat!

The Waleye was tasteless except for the scant coating on top.

We had to order additional drinks to wash away the complete disappointment of an otherwise boring, unsatisfying meal.

I know it was a Monday evening but that's no reason to slack off on the ribs!!!!!

Sometimes Out Of Rhythm. I have had good meals here but the food sometimes misses a beat. The etouffee I've had three times now. The first was very good, the second and third were not so good. Not sure if I'll try it again. Service is average.…
