Failing quality. I do eat here quite a bit and consider this restaurant to be one of my favorite places for brunch. However, I'm not sure what changes they've made recently, but the quality of food and ingredients has gone down. My recent experiences have left me not wanting to come back; expired produce, day-old hashbrowns, freezer burned potato pancakes and outdated condiments (dressing & guacamole for example). Please return to your fresh and delicious ways.…
Great choice for breakfast. An ideal setting for a leisurely, enjoyable meal. Complimentary coffee & creamers allowed the wait to pass quickly. Gorgeous weather afforded us the chance to enjoy our food on the patio, served by a very friendly and attentive waitress. Tasty but excessively sweet baked french toast, a stunning mountain of bread pudding with berries and caramel streusel, appears to be the most popular item. The vegetarian omelet was attractive and thankfully light on cheese. Bathroom is clean!…
Worth getting up for!. The food is great but I almost want to keep this place a secret to keep the lines short. Small dining area and even smaller kitchen almost makes you feel like you are in someone's home. How can they turn out such delights from that kitchen? Favorites: Baked french toast with berries, fluffy omelets, crab cakes, egg's florentine, egg's benedict...oh and there's more. If you hit them on the right day, try a lobster bisque or the egg's benedict with crab cakes instead of sausage. And every meal ends with a just dipped chocolate covered stawberry that has the BEST chocolate! The downfall, there's always a wait and the only waiting area is outside. p.s. you might just see a Red Wing or two…
great food, fun atmosphere. great little place. gets crowded on the weekends, but that's because the food is so good.
