They should not be in business. First of all I am not sure but the bottom post look like the owners wrote them. These people do not care in any way shape or form for their own business, more over the consumer. If you are reading this Sam or Heather you ruined my wedding it was hideous.

Your linens were dirty; your chair linen did not even cover my chairs a few ripped at the seams when people sat on them. DO you have any idea what that feels like? No you don?t because you never answer your phones especially the day of you do not even have an emergency phone line. Then to send women who barely speak English to do the set up, the poor ladies had no idea what we were talking about when confronted, that?s a shame. The post below you called a bride a liar why would she lie about her wedding. You should be ashamed of yourselves; I would never ever recommend your place of business to anyone. If I was in your shoes I would hire a professional management company fast. Personally I do not see you lasting long. I?m sorry.

Best selection in town. PERFECTION!!!!!!!! Everything was perfect and I felt so comfortable working with Heather the first day we met.

Highly Recommended. My wedding was in Aug of 08" and I can tell you I was Bridezilla . I did not let my coordinator Gloria from Imago pick anything out for me. When she made the appt. at Modern Art I was a bit hesitant because I wanted to go to BBJ Linens and she told me that Modern Art had almost the same type of linens for a lot less .I was so surprised by their beautiful showroom that is now in Clawson off of Rochester Rd. I was so greatful to Gloria for taking me there they had the most beautiful linens ,huge selections, and their chaircovers were not your usual fitted look they were a little loose in the back so they can fit most banquet halls which was an issue for me since my wedding was at the Hyatt Dearborn.I had so many questions and all were answered with no problem .I bothered the sales lady I think every other day and she never once let me down. I was even given 3 different wedding dates before mine so I can go see their work in action .All I can say that each and every wedding I went to was beautiful and that was all I needed to be assured that my wedding was going to be superb and surely it was .

The best service, Huge selection. Modern Art was so easy to work with .I had no idea what my head count would be in the beginning so I gave them the highest number . So when the wedding day got close I freaked out it was 50 less people and Heather my sales person told me not to stress that I was not obligated to that number and than they received new linens a week before my wedding ,I went in to finalize I fell in love with one of their new linens and that again was no problem changing. The day of my wedding my coordinator from Bells And Bliss was so impressed with their service and quality that she told me I had made a very good choice , she now deals with Modern Art herself. I understand that not every bride will be satisfied but for me and for whoever I have recommended Modern Art to were impressed above and beyond.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS...BEWARE!!. This is by far the worst company I dealt with ever. They are unprofessional, rude and give terrible customer service. They sent mix matched chargers that were all chipped up and smelled terrible. The staff installing my wrinkled and dirty chair covers were speaking and yelling at eachother so loud they were echoing through out the hall. They showed up an hour late. Some of my table linens had actual holes in them. When I address these issues with the owner Sam, he told me I was "lying", yes he called me a liar and told me he would offer no refund let alone at the very least apologize to me. Upon looking into this company pondering what to do next, I found a long laundry list of lawsuits and other unsatisfied customers all over the web. Please consider yourself warned and stay CLEAR!!

Be Warn!. Do not use their services! I rented their chair covers and table linens for my wedding. Their delivery and set up team were almost 2 hours late when the company is located only 1 mile away from the reception site (the reason why I hired them in the first place). The company has our cell phone numbers and the ceremony/reception site?s phone number on record. Any one from their company could have called us the moment they got lost. Instead, we had to call their company numerous times. (They have 3 different phone numbers listed on their web site and contract, but when we called, all 3 numbers went straight to the answer machines). We eventually reached them and found out that they got lost, which none of us believe. I don't live in the city that I work at. But, I still know the area within 5 or 6 miles radius pretty well. How can?t they not know where 9 Mile Rd. in Ferndale is when the company is located on 8 Mile Rd., Ferndale?

When Modern Art Chair Cover & Linen Rentals finally arrived, they only sent two staff. Two people to set up both the ceremony and reception sites in less than 1 hour!!??

Worst of all, none of them knew what needed to be done. We spent time and discussed what we wanted our ceremony/reception site to look like previously with the company. They told us they are ?professionals? and will handle everything. Obviously, there?s no internal communications at the company. Not only we needed to explain everything all over again with their delivery and set up team, due to the time restrain, my bridesmaids had to help their staff setting up, too. Then, why should we pay them extra fees to set up and tear down?

In a hurry, the pins they used for the tablecloths were all over outside the linens. Isn?t there a safety procedure? What happens if one of the pins cut my guests?

I want to warm any prospect couples not to hire them for your wedding. Don?t let them destroy your special day!
