A Good Effort!.
I had the mushroom frittata twice and both times the basic ingredients of if were great, it was just overly salty but I guess the balsamic reduction served over it was meant to counter the saltiness.
The "bacon", what they call bacon, is really not bacon, it is overly cured salt pork, which is meant for seasoning soups and stocks, not meant for slicing and serving as "bacon". Overall, what I have sampled is good, just not great. I think with some fine refining on the recipes, the dishes could be great. The ambiance is very bright and cozy, but just a bit too cozy. The place is tiny and borders on being claustrophobic. In the summer, they open the patio and you can eat outside. It is definitely a cute neighborhood breakfast/lunch place for you to experience an original breakfast breakfast/lunch.…
