The staff keeps us coming back. First, I DO have to agree with zfour about the carry out opening of the food thing. Reading it, I was like, 'Wait. Did I write this?' I, too, do not appreciate my food being opened for all to see and breathe on.

Next, hand down we love the staff. Jess, Shandy, JT & Ritter keep us coming back. They're super friendly, remember what we drink, and bring us NTN boards without having to ask. If a game or race isn't on a tv where we can see it, they happily put on what we'd like, and as sports fans of multi genres, that's a big deal. They truly keep us coming back.

Food. We've never had a problem with the food. Their wing flavors are great, but my favorite is the Southwest Flip sandwich with the hand cut fries. It's absolutely delicious and a great break from wings. The mini corn dogs and chili con queso dip are amazing, too. Mmmm!

Dang, now I'm hungry!

WORST BW-3 EVER!!!. The lady who works the register, does this obnoxious and (rather gross) ritual with everyone who picks up their food. She grabs the bag and then opens each box of food and takes the paper off the food in the take-out container- with her hands that she just handled everyone payment with, she then exposes each item and says, "6 wild wings?" --she removes the wrapper and makes you verify. Then she grabs the next item out of the bag-UNWRAPS it and says, "6 asian zing wings?" etc. etc. I was appalled by this-- not to mention there was just two customers in front of me and I had to wait for her to wrap every piece of food they ordered so they "verify" and confirm, "yes" -"yes" etc. Then I watched her accept the payment cash or credit. Then grab the next take-out bag. When it was FINALLY my turn at the register, I asked her to PLEASE not pull everything out of the bag and unwrap it. I said, it's OK-- if the order is wrong, we'll just take it. She said, "No, you don;t understand- I have to do it for me." I said, no I do understand. I am in a BIG hurry, now that I had to sit here and watch you wrap to complete orders in front of me (not to mention I was extremely grossed out by the thought of her unwrapping my food)- I said, "No, please. I have to go." She replies, "Fine. Then I need to see your ID". OK, here, just get me out of here!!! She was rude and unwilling to accommodate my request without me almost begging her not to open my food!! Shouldn't the person who packaged it verify this?? NOT the person at the register?? This has to be some kind of health violation--not to mention if the customer say, please don't-- the business shouldn't argue with them!! What a terrible experience!!

Worst BW3. My husband and I usually love BW3 wings. Every time we eat at the Mount Clemens restaurant, the wings taste like they have been cooked many times before they get to us. They are hard and chewy. (boneless and regular) Very disappointing! We have never had a problem at any other location. Don't waste your time. Find an alternate BW3. There are plenty of them!

This sports bar and grill offers a casual, fun dining experience with beers and well-sauced wings.. In Short
Since 1981, this Buffalo, New York-style wing joint has served signature boneless tenders, wings and legs along with a selection of 12 zesty sauces, ranging from mild to blazin'. A full sports bar with big-screen TVs features potent cocktails, live televised games, NTN trivia and fantasy football. The full menu incorporates finger foods, grilled sandwiches and wraps, salads and burgers. Party platters and takeout options are popular.
